Victorian nipple rings, Halloween, and cabaret music, oh my!

I came across this link in one of the thousand lj comms I'm in and got so excited I had to show you all right away! How cool is this, seriously?!

Also, I hope you've all had a lovely Halloween/Samhain/All Hollow's Eve/Dia de los Muertos! We bought candy (and four fabulous cupcakes with marshmallow frosting - mmmm) but we had no trick-or-treaters, however we also had all the lights turned off so maybe that was a factor. One can never be sure, hehe.

And, to those of you about to jump into the madness that is NaNoWriMo, I salute you and wish you chatty, verbose muses.

And lastly, if you happen to like dark cabaret music, which I love, this is a great site with news and lots of music and of course last.fm has tons of free music for listening happiness as well.

I remember snagging some Ego Likeness from a post in aikea's lj and now that you mention it, I think I've complertely forgotten to listen to them, doh! And Voltaire is awesome! I have all of his music too, except for the brand new pirate-themed one he just released, which I covet. There are several tracks free for listening of his on the last.fm link I posted for your investigation purposes. I'm violetveil on there btw if you want to be friendy types. :)

If I ever set up last.fm, of course I will :) I don't use it as it is, though.

I shall check out his free songs, and if you end up liking Ego Likeness, Aikea and Gelydh were kind enough to share with me, so I have lots.
